Introduction :

To complete our team in Paris and support the growth of our panels in Netherlands, we are looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager for our online communities in Paris.

As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager at Toluna, you will be responsible for strengthening our relationship with our community members throughout their lifecycle to drive high value behaviors, help reduce attrition and increase lifetime value. You will be leading and executing the marketing strategy and development of all member lifecycle, engagement and retention initiatives. This role provides an exciting opportunity to improve our member’s user experience, to increase automation and personalization of our CRM efforts to ensure we are delivering the right creative/message, in the right channel, to the right member at the right time.

The ideal person for this role is marketing, community & tech savvy, data driven, with proven hands on experience working collaboratively with cross functional teams in a fast and dynamic environment. If you are someone with an uncanny ability to understand the needs of members, internal stakeholders, and the technologies required to deliver an outstanding user experience, then this is a great role for you.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute an overall CRM strategy and communications plan leveraging appropriate marketing channels
  • Drive buy vs. build decisions including evaluating, onboarding and integrating with new vendors and technology that move the business forward, simplify and speed up processes, and increase effectiveness of tactics / programs
  • Collaborate with all relevant teams to design, implement and evaluate personalized lifecycle strategies
  • Ensure that all campaigns have clearly defined success metrics which are reached and analyzed
  • Plan and execute digital marketing media campaigns to onboard new members ensuring a healthy ROI
  • Develop brand affinity to increase member productivity and lifespan and to increase organic traffic
  • Lead, execute and develop marketing strategy for all lifecycle initiatives in your assigned communities
  • Manage media campaigns for brand awareness and member acquisition using all digital marketing channels
  • Manage our community website and increase user engagement and lifetime value by moderating content and organizing campaigns to stimulate community involvement against measurable metrics.

  • Manage media campaigns for brand awareness and member acquisition using all digital marketing channels

 

 

 

Required skill set :

  • Valid work authorization for France (student visa accepted)
  • Fluent in English
  • Native speaker of Dutch (eliminatory)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business or related field
  • 1-3 years of marketing experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data driven approach
  • Positive attitude and ability to operate in a very fast paced environment with ambiguity
  • Proficient digital skills including but not limited MS Office, CRM Software
